2.Is it safe to travel during Pregnancy?

You can securely travel throughout your Pregnancy till 3rd trimester (30 weeks of Pregnancy); unless advised otherwise due to high threat Pregnancy.

Tips for a Normal Pregnancy Outcome.

" It's a MYTH that you need to consume for TWO during Pregnancy.
Instead, you must think of consuming TWICE as Healthy. ".

CALORIE INTAKE: The normal requirement during Pregnancy is 300- 400 Kcal each day over & & above your regular intake. Daily calorie count must remain in the range of 2200- 2500 Kcal each day for singleton pregnancy.

In case of twins or triplet Pregnancy, an additional 300 Kcal each day for each fetus.
